So after days or you can say weeks of suffering from sleep schedule, health issues by 27th October i decided to start working on my sleep schedule, exercises etc. I was trying earlier but was not consistent but in last 30 days, i formed the habit to the point of 99% consistency where i would sleep by 10pm and wakeup by 5 to 6 mostly. I would either work for an hour or go for cycling after freshening up a bit.

Morning time cycling was a boon, seeing sun rising over the horizon. Little to nothing crowd...flowers and even bees collecting nectar...eventually reaching to a platform nearby river and witnessing the sheer sparkle and beauty of might river under the glimmering lights of is just magical and heavenly.

After cycling for 2 hrs almost i go back to my work and try to complete my tasks before office starts. By the time of office, i am in flow.

I would not say that i was 100% consistency in other plans, but i think it's a great start. I learned, i worked on the projects. I did office related courses.

First step to getting back at rhythm, sleeping and waking up and exercises has been success.

Now i got to maintain it while pushing myself to manage time for work, and complete my learnings and projects.
